Constructed of pewter, the obverse consisting of a depressed and finely detailed depiction of Nuremberg Castle and surrounding skyline, circumscribed by an inscription of NRNBERG, STADT DER REICHSPARTEITAGE (NUREMBERG, CITY OF THE REICH PARTY DAYS NUREMBERG RALLY), in turn surrounded by raised shields bearing the logos of major Third Reich organizations, including the NSDAP, Sturmabteilung, National Socialist Flyers Corps
